Region VIII Welding Vocational Training Courses Offered

In the Region VIII provinces of Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Samar, and Southern Leyte, TESDA accredited schools and TESDA training centers are now offering the residents of the said provinces, the opportunity to learn welding skills thru Region VIII Welding Vocational Training Courses Offered. The welding courses offered in the said provinces are Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). And to be able to enroll in any of the said welding vocational course, you must be at least high school graduate, can communicate in English, and able to perform basic math computations. Besides the qualifications mentioned, you also need to submit the following documents:

1. PSA Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
2. High School Card or Diploma for high school graduates
3. Transcript of Records and Diploma for college graduates (original and photocopy
4. Barangay Clearance (original and photocopy) 
5. Two (2) pcs. of 1x2 and 2x2 pictures (white background)
